When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser used) in order to deliver the website reliably and securely. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) in the functional and secure operation of the website.
Google Fonts: This website uses the fonts Oswald and Barlow, which may be loaded from servers operated by Google (Google Fonts). Doing so would transmit your IP address to Google. Until you give consent, standard system fonts are shown instead.
Appointment booking (Google Calendar): For appointment scheduling, this website may embed a calendar provided by Google Ireland Limited (or Google LLC, USA). This may set cookies and transmit data to Google. Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics: With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, or Google LLC, USA), a web analytics service, to statistically evaluate the use of this website (e.g. pages visited, time spent, visitor origin). The resulting information is transmitted to and stored on a Google server; your IP address is shortened by Google within the EU/EEA prior to storage. The legal basis is exclusively your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect. Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.
These services are only activated once you select the respective category in the cookie banner (“Functional” for fonts & calendar, “Statistics” for Google Analytics), or select “Accept all”. If you choose “Necessary only”, all of them stay deactivated and you can still book your appointment via the direct link to Google Calendar. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
If you use a contact form, we collect the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone/WhatsApp) in order to schedule your introductory call and to contact you about it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose, at the latest if no coaching relationship comes about.
Training and nutrition plans, chat and progress tracking take place in a separate coaching app. This may involve processing health-related data (e.g. body metrics, training data), which is considered a special category of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR. This processing only takes place on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2)(a) GDPR) when coaching begins. The app provider’s own privacy notices apply in addition and will be made available to you before you use the app.
This website merely links to our Instagram and TikTok profiles. Simply visiting this website does not transmit any data to these platforms; that only happens once you actively click one of the links and visit the respective platform.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing.
